Keith is a team leader and sales manager of the Hittner Group. His 20+ years of experience are of great value to his team and clients. The Hittner Group is run quite different than most real estate teams or companies in the country. Accountability and customer service meetings are conducted weekly with our real estate group to assure we are doing the right thing for our customers and clients everyday! In May of 1999 on my 20th birthday, as a young Realtor®, I closed on my client’s first home sale. After 20 years I still consider myself to be a young PRO!
I help residential home buyers, sellers, and investors buy or sell single family, multi-family, pre-existing, new construction, short sales, foreclosures, and raw land. I remain excited about all areas of real estate across the entire 13 County Metro area and I’m not selective over any area of business if someone needs help. I focus heavily on counseling my buyers and my sellers throughout the entire process never losing sight of the importance of strong communication and building solid relationships. For my sellers, I have (ever improving) innovative and calculated marketing tactics. For my buyers, I have the experience to know what to expect and how to handle the adversity of any situation.
My background includes education and professional training (+ many years of experience) in management, sales, negotiation, marketing, technology, photography, and design.
I strongly encourage both buyers and sellers to lean on my experience and expertise in negotiations, inspections, appraisals, mortgage products and processes, title concerns, closing issues, and credit issues.
Growing up in Minnesota, I’ve been in and around these communities my entire life. Helping to find the right community for you as a buyer, or helping to find the buyer that is right for your community as a seller is what I do!
