Well… we are 10 days in to the new year. Are you still on track with your resolution(s)? If not, today is a new day! With that, my 2 official resolutions are to get more sleep and to be more authentic. What that means to me is: Be present in the moment, be more self-aware, make genuine connections, and be imperfect. Oh, and of course, lose 30 lbs. As I recognize that I am not perfect, I can still strive to be better! I wanted to share a little bit of a personal moment from my radio show as we left 2017 behind us. If you look closely, you may even see Keith Sr getting a little emotional! My dad is a true softy. I certainly take after him in that regard as well.
